AUTO,Manufacturing-Recruitment Consultant

We are currently looking for experienced consultants to work in our AUTO,Manufacturing division. With a scope covering the greater Shanghai area you will be fundamental in the introduction here in Shanghai of what is already regionally one of our most exciting sectors. To help you, we currently have a team of international experts in this field to help penetrate the market and assist with market knowledge and business development.

you will be provided with a first-class orientation and induction in our business at both a local and international level, as well as having ongoing access to our full suite of training and development courses.

--Building on your industry expertise, you will be responsible for the development and ongoing service of your own suite of clients in one specialist area

--Conduct industrial / market information research and efficiently working out target companies in the right industry

--Prepare proposal / contracts and make presentation to client

--Assist team leader or team manager on overall project management including process, risk assessment, client negotiation and communication, job description analysis and modification, billing, payment collection and other job related requirements raised by clients

--Work closely with clients and researcher to search, select, interview and recommend qualified candidates to fill client's' assignments

--Projects updates to client

--Provide recruiting or other HRM consulting services as required by clients

--Researching coaching

--Monitor updating of executive search database both in hardcopy and softcopy

--On-site service to clients when needed

--Marketing of online and offline business

--As an experienced consultant and working to international best practice methodology, you will have individual sales targets and KPI's to manage and exceed.

--You will be expected to perform the full 360 degree recruitment consulting role from client sales, candidate sourcing and interviewing, through to job order placement.
