职位描述

Responsibilities:

Commercial BP
- Work with the Commercial team as an HR generalist on the people issue, including people in and out, transfer, performance management & people development and engagement.
- Position the role of Business Partner as an integral part of the client management team by developing effective working relationships, influencing the senior management team on personal style and the development and delivery of their people plans in support of the achievement of the business area and HR strategies;
- Proactively gain clients feedback to aid HR functions improves service levels and alert HR areas where an issue/project may impact on other areas;
- Equip key clients with appropriate tools and knowledge to effectively manage their people in line with their people plans e.g. performance management, career management etc.;
- Provide HR project management support and HR expertise to the business leaders with specific related projects

Staffing
- Responsible for candidate’s selection process in an active manner so as to attract, retain and motivate qualified prospects to join Company
- Conduct exploratory interviews to develop candidate pipeline; support the business units and HR generalist team on recruiting needs
- Support the company on the full life-cycle recruiting searches, from headcount identification to on board till pass probation
- Take an actively role in designing and developing recruitment process and systems to improve hiring & staffing efficiency
- Manage key research and staffing vendor relationships and work closely with recruitment partners and outsource vendors on recruitment issues
- Network within the industry; ensure Company has access to the external talent that needs to grow the business.
- Embody and represent the Company brand so that prospects, candidates and hires experience the best of the Company brand.

Requirements:

? Familiarity with HR procedure and process;
? Good understanding of China Labor Law, local personnel, and labor regulations;
? Must be computer literate i.e. Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
? Takes initiative, be self-motivated, able to work as a team, and willing to work under pressure;
? Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources management or relevant subject;
? Good oral and written English;
? 5 -10 years experience or more in HR function; experience in multinational organization preferred.
? Experience in Campus Recruitment; Talent Pool setting up or e-Recruitment is a plus;
? Be available for business trip as needed;
