Position Description:
- Design commercial vacuum motors independently or together with colleagues in USA.
- Work with cross function team until the success of project and assistant production issues.
- Generate cost reduction ideas with team and implement the activities in time.
- Meet suppliers and qualify capability of suppliers.
- Direct interface with customer for solution discussion.
- On site samples making and testing.
- Identify criteria and set reasonable specification for material and product.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor or above in mechanical/electrical major or related.
- Over 8 years universal motor design experience, at least 5 years in vacuum motor side.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Proactive attitude and quick execution capability.
- Safety knowledge regarding UL, IEC, CCC.
