Duties：

1. On time disposition of maverick testing lots per guideline/MRB.

2. Product test yield & data monitoring and analysis.

3. Continuously improve the product yield, reliability and quality.

4. Co-work with QA to guarantee the testing quality, with logistics/planning to guarantee the daily output.

5. Handle test line qualification of subcon.

6. Define & improve SOP or working flow of product and test department. Establish and improve the supplier management system in product and testing field.

7. Support MKT/Sales to qualify AOS products in customer side.

8. Support CQE/FAE for special testing or report.

9. Work on routine customer report.

Qualifications：

1、Above college degree，master is best, and major in Electrical engineering & micro-electronics.

2、3 years or above of product/test engineering experience in semiconductor industry.

3、Good English skill as working language.

4、Semiconductor knowledge is necessary.

5、Good Problem solving skills and communication skills.

6、Hard working, conscientious, self-motivated, well team worker.
