Duties：
1. Failure analysis for customer complaints, issue 8d report through team work with relevant people.
2. Provide failure analysis for internal defective products and technical service to related department.
3. Implement reliability tests for qualification, engineering analysis and production monitoring, via coordinating with related departments and suppliers.

Qualifications：
1、Above junior college degree，college is a plus, and major in Materials, Electrical, Mechanical or Physical.
2、2 years experience in the field of Failure Analysis with semiconductor experience.
3、Basic understanding of how a MOSFET works.
4、Basic understanding of wafer processing or package assembly will be a plus.
5、Basic English read, write, speak skill.
6、Good Problem solving skills and communication skills.
7、Good organizational skills, strong analysis capability and learning ability, Good communication skills, open minded.
