JOB BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS
1. Bachelor degree in Human Resources, business administration, or related subject
2. Knowledge of labor law and related regulation..
3. Certified trainer is preferred.
4. Teamwork work cooperatively with others.
5. Initiative act in a self-drive way, by taking effective action before being directed.
6. Detail & Result Orientation concern with ensuring the accuracy, quality, and orderliness of work and information.
MAIN RESPONSIBLITIES
1. Make yearly training plan & budget ( monthly, quarterly, yearly ) based on employee competency development and business needs, would be best to design and develop in-house training and external training program.
2. Be able to establish and optimize training system based on Enterprise Strategy, Work closely with business partners and external parties to identify and implement effective training solution
3. Be able to screen, interview, develop and coach training venders.
4. Be able to develop in-house trainer and in-house course
5. Be able to make arrange course survey, course evaluation, follow up work
6. Select or develop testing and evaluation tools and procedures that measure theeffectiveness of training and development events.
7. Promote company culture and image
8. Drive for employee engagement by effectively Lead Employee Relation and Communication programs
9. Internal communication channels building and maintain, outstanding recognition and performance system.
