Job Requirement/岗位要求
1. IC industry experience of at least 1 year is required
2. Hard working and self motivated to learn in a dynamic environment under pressure
3. Proven record of systematic thinking and strong problem solving ability, demonstrated technical leadership
4. Proactive, initiative and team player
5. Pay attention to details with good planning
6. Good PC use especially on Excel, PowerPoint, Word
7. Good communication and presentation skills
8. knowledge of CMP, familiar with Mirror and Ebara tool preferred
Main Responsibility/主要工作职责
1. This position requires independent working capability both internally with the development team and at the customer site. He or she should understand the technical background and direction in the application assigned by the application’s manager or higher level.
2. Responsible for characterizing the product in the capacity of operating equipments, collecting and analyzing process data, and summarize and communicate the result between the product development team and the field support.
3. Understand the equipment operating principles, and be able to operate the equipment proficiently.
4. Know how to design experiments to find root cause and solve technical issues with customers.
5. Support customer demos, provide customer service and sustaining to the customers in China.
