工作内容：1答复客人询问，尽量满足客人的服务要求，接洽各类活动，
2与餐厅，客户保持良好沟通，监督当天活动完满进行。
3 整理客户资料，控制活动成本。

任职要求：1 英语口语书面俱佳
2 两年以上高档西餐厅或星级酒店销售部工作经验。

Job description:

1To respond to guest inquiries 。
2To presence a clean and proper appearance at all time in line with the restaurant image
3To respect the Client demand and try to provide the services required
4To keep a record of all inquiries following the procedure , calendar , hard and soft copy
5To record all communication with the customer
6Insure prompt follow up with inquiries
7Organize and follow up the function package
8Maintain good communication with the front of house
9Insure proper communication with the departments
10To be aware of the reason the client choice for an other venue
11To report the first function response before sending it back to the client to the manager
12Insure follow up with the customer on function inquiries within 6 days
13To report on the progression of the inquiries
14To overseas the running of the function on the day
15Insure the procedures with the account department , contract , deposit

工作地点：1.上海美术馆5楼，地铁人民广场站11号出口，往前走50米即可。

2.北外滩靠近外白渡桥，黄浦路200号4楼。
