Responsibilities:

- Responsible for monthly G/L entry preparation, include Accrual, Amortization, etc.
- Process the transactions of ERP operations, issue the debit notes and prepare the invoices
- Treasury Manage and Cash management, organise the internal and external payments, provide an analysis of the Net Financial Position and prepare the 4 month Treasury Forecast, ensure the availability of financial resources, discuss with the bank credit lines
- Responsible for monthly bank reconciliation and follow up on any discrepancies, prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliation package
- Managing physical and rotating inventories, ensuring the compliance with the company’s procedures and methodologies
- Elaboration of the inventories evaluation on a monthly basis, and providing an accurate estimate evaluation for the Budget and Forecasting processes
- Evaluation of the material price variances on a monthly basis and analysis of the variations with respect to forecasted data
- Calculation of the obsolescent reserves ensuring the compliance to the company’s procedures and in accordance with local rules and regulations
- Managing the sound accounting of the tangible and intangible assets
- Accomplish any other tasks assigned by the superior/Company

REQUIREMENTS:

- Good knowledge of Chinese accounting principles and Balance Sheet construction
- Good knowledge of Treasury operations (payment procedures, cash in, treasury forecast ), even through Internet Banking
- Good knowledge of SAP system
- 3 years of responsibility of auditing job in manufacturing Company
- Deep knowledge of the economic structure of a Company
- Knowledge of management reporting activities
- Good computer skill
