此岗位需要有实验室设备服务应用的相关工作经验
SUMMARY/SCOPE OF POSITION:
This position handles all the service work for IPG business.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1、Work independently for new machine installation, startup, adjusting;
2、Conduct on-site machine’s operation training at customer site;
3、On-site repairs and preventative maintenance work, parts replacement, etc;
4、Be responsible for customer's call back, technical support and problem solving;
5、Provide the technical support for sales partners;
6、Technical support in the marketing activities, such as seminars, workshop and exhibitions;
7、Recommend and make preventative maintenance plan for customer;
8、Technical support to spare parts sales;
9、On-going improvement of technical knowledge and understanding of new techniques;
10、Organize, manage and arrange training service team.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
1、Bachelor or Master degree of mechanical/electric engineering;
2、Fluent written and spoken English
3、Good computer skill

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
1、5~8years of service working experiences in mechanical/electric company;
2、Understanding of the metallographic/hardness test sample preparation philosophy in the industry environment will be better;
