岗位职责：
1、按公司采购流程进行采购物品的询价、比价、议价、合同制作及签订等采购方面的工作；
2、管理采购合同及供应商文件资料，建立供应商信息资源库;3、协助相关部门进行采购物资接收工作，并提供相关采购单证以及供应商的联络、接待工作;
4、不断开拓有价值的供货渠道，保证货源充足及货物品质；
5、跟进订单的完成情况；
6、制作、编写各类采购指标的统计报表；定期总结采购工作，分析采购成本，向领导提出降低采购成本提高采购效率的建议。

任职要求：
1、1年以上的外贸或采购相关工作经验，熟悉采购流程；
2、能吃苦，工作细心，有责任心，工作自律性强，能主动工作；
3、具有良好的团队合作精神、客户服务意识和亲和力；
4、具有较强的商务谈判能力、谈判技巧，良好的沟通协调能力及较强的成本控制意识；
5、能熟练使用电脑和办公自动化软件；
