Job Responsibilities 岗位职责：
Organize the on boarding training issues and company orientation
根据培训需求和计划，组织实施入司培训，并负责培训企业概况
Be responsible for collect and analyze training requests and records
负责收集、整理、分析培训需求，收集、整理各类培训记录
Training monthly report
按时完成培训月报
Support to implement public training courses
根据年度公开课培训计划，协调和监督公开课的组织实施
Support to implement external training issues
对于审批通过的外部培训申请，与申请人及时签订外训协议，并跟踪收回外训报告和证书
Other tasds assigned by Dept. Manager
完成部门经理交代的其他工作

Requirements 岗位要求：
Bachelor degree, above 3 years manufacturing training work experience, major in HR or related
本科学历，3年以上制造业培训工作经验，人力资源或相关专业
CET-4
英文4级以上水平
Good command of MS-Office
熟练操作办公软件
Active, logical thinking, communicatice and team work
主动性强、分析式思考能力、人际理解能力、团队合作精神
