职位描述
Responsibility:
Business Understanding: Creates and manages consumer and trade brand communications strategies to drive company business and marketing goals.
Advertising Management: Develops and manages the Delta Brand advertising and media plans in international markets including websites, catalogs, price books, POP and merchandising tools.
Co-op Advertising and Dealer Loyalty Program: Creates and manages co-op advertising and dealer loyalty programs to support in-market dealers to grow the Delta brand.
Sales Support Tools: Creates collateral, displays and other sales materials to launch and promote new products and train sales and dealer personnel.
Event Marketing: Develop and execute events including trade shows and influencer events to support and promote brand in-market.
New product launch: Develop and execute international new product launch campaigns
In-Store Merchandising: Plan and develop showroom display design and program.
PR: Coordinates international PR work with local marketing managers.
Market Research: Plan and conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to develop marketing strategies.
Leadership: Serves as a coordinator of all major communications launches ensuring local marketing personnel and agencies are aligned and progressing to goals. Communicates regularly with upper management.
Coordination of Marketing agencies: Management of projects with external agencies
Marketing Planning and Control: Coordinates the marketing planning and budget monitoring process and implements tools to measure execution of marketing activities.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess at a minimum a bachelor degree in marketing, advertising or related field with a minimum of 5 years of marketing experience.
This person should have demonstrated first-hand experience with expanding a consumer durables brand into China markets utilizing a two-step distribution model, either from a headquarters function or in a business unit abroad.
This person should be self-directed and able to lead others.
Candidate must possess strong communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with confidence at all levels of the organization.
Must be able to influence and guide others consistent with business objectives and values and take a creative approach to solving business issues.
The candidate must be willing and able to travel more 30 % of their time.
The candidate should speak English fluently.
