职位描述
RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Lead HR teams to provide HR functional support to business growth in terms of staffing, C&B, training & development, performance management, etc;
? Provide professional HR consultancy to the Management team;
? Align HR practices in joint venture with IAC requirements and China local regulations to ensure compliance and drive excellence;
? Facilitate employee communication and continuously enhance leadership development & succession planning as well as employee retention;
? Develop local HR teams to build up high competency and effective teamwork across station HR teams.
HR Generalist Support:
? Develop and implement HR strategy, policy and processes that are aligned to business strategy;
? Develop plans for effective recruitment, development, utilization of human resources based on organizational needs and support station HR teams to implement these plans;
? Provide HR consultancy support to the management team;
? Ensure consistent HR practices and processes across the stations;
? Act as key link to facilitate productive interaction between Asia Pacific HR, and China HR function;
? Actively contribute to cultural development to support business goals. Foster an environment where employees feel valued, rewarded and recognized;
? Manage staff communication initiatives to drive cultural development, improve business performance and staff commitment.
Management Development & Succession Planning:
? Analyze and determine organization development needs and implement programs designed to acquire, develop and utilize human resources;
? Ensure that High Potential employees are identified and developed to be future leaders;
? Ensure that short-and long-term management succession plans are developed and well implemented.
Staffing/Employee Relations:
? Monitor and support station HR teams’ efforts to attract, develop and retain key talent;
? Ensure that organization is an attractive employer in market place;
? Manage employee relations and internal communications through station HR teams;
? Demonstrate thorough knowledge of human resources policies and procedures as well as China specific country laws to ensure full compliance.
Performance Management:
? Facilitate the MBO-setting process to ensure SMART goals are set;
? Support line managers to provide on-going coaching to their staff to maximize performance;
? Manage performance appraisal process to ensure that all employees are consistently evaluated based on their results and competencies;
? Ensure that development discussions are conducted and appropriate development plans are in place and activated to enhance employee performance;
? Ensure compliance with company performance management system.

? Ensure that high performance is differentially rewarded;
? Ensure that compensation and benefit practices are legally compliant and market competitive;
? Ensure that merit increases and performance bonus programs are competitive and managed effectively.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor Degree holder;
2. Proven experience in a senior human resources management role; past experience in a high growth mode industry will be a great plus;
3. Demonstrated knowledge of current Human Resources strategy and practice;
4. Demonstrated knowledge of staff selection, legislation, organization development, change management and business partnering techniques;
5. Mature leadership, superior interpersonal & communication skills, as well as influencing skills;
6. Strong planning, coaching and analytical skills; Result-orientation and customer focus;
7. Natural passion to work with people at all levels across the organization;
8. Good language capability in both English and Chinese, oral and written.
