工作职责:
1.管理和协调资本投资项目(土建、设备设施)，参与项目立项、设计、预算准备、招标、实施和竣工.
Manage and coordinate the capital investment project on facility & civil work, participate in the project design, budget, bidding, implementation and completion.
2.管理、实施和发展厂房设备和设施的日常维护工作、保证设施和设备运行良好。
Manage the daily maintenance of building, equipment and facilite to ensure the optimized operation
3.和生产部门一起安排和改进设备维护程序和计划
Arrange the maintenance and overhaul procedure and plan in cooperation with manufacturing
4.协调和安排有计划的维护工作(TPM)确保维护计划的有效执行
Coordinate and arrange the TPM to ensure its effective implementation
5.监督和改进日常维护计划的执行情况,特别是日常维护计划的实施质量和效果
Monitor and improve the daily maintenance plan, in particularly the quality and result
6.发展和执行维护发展计划，通过合理使用各类管理工具改善和发展维护工作业绩
Enhance the performance by using proper tools
7..改进和改善设备的工作效率,减少生产设备故障的停机时间
Enhance the efficiency of equipment and facility to reduce the breakdown time
8.为工厂设施的维护和节能提供专业的建议,改进设施的工作效率和延长设施的使用寿命
Make proposals on maintenance and energy saving to extend the lifecycle of equipment
9.人员设备的安全管理和保障,确保人员的安全
Safety management of staff and facility
10.管理和协调所有资本投资项目（土建和设施）， 参与项目立项、设计、预算准备、招标、实施和竣工

11.管理和监督分包商现场工作,确保分包商的工作满足合同,质量、安全、法律法规要求
Manage and monitor the civil work contractor and ensure the quality, safety and legal requirement of projects are met
12.领导EHS工作，确保所有的活动满足IMS手册的要求
Lead the EHS team to make all acitivities meet the IMS manual requirement
13.与其他部门合作，积极推进EHS, 5S的持续改进
Take initiative in continuous improvement in EHS and 5S management in cooperation of other depts.
14.管理EHS投资项目以满足EHS规范
Manage the investment needed to support the EHS compliance
15.完成上级主管布置的其他任务Fulfill special tasks assigned by superiors

职位要求:
Bachelor in Engineering, Mechanical, Safety Management etc
5 years managerial experience in medium or large manufacturing field, especially in equipment industry
Solid skill and experience in TPM
Familar with ISO9001, ISO14001& OHSAS18001
Experienced in EHS/5S management
Familiar with the special project management and related policy
Knowlegde in commercial terms
