Job Title: HR Operational Manager - MCO

Department: Human Resources Department

Report to: HRD

Location: Shanghai

Job Description：

Under government policy and HR rules, be responsible for all functions of HR, covering the Company’s middle China branch offices’ staffs as well as headquarter staffs, to ensure the routine HR operation are smoothly run, and proactively to be the business partner so as to give the proper suggestions to the HR headquarter for the further HR strategic planning as well as the policy and process improvement.

Area of responsibility:

1. Recruitment & Staffing:

Arrange company recruitment activities including conduct the effective joint interview, wide up the recruitment channels, make the monthly position status report as well as assist to develop the job transference, relocation policies.

2. PMS management & Training organization:

Well operate and maintain company Performance management system, ensure the quality of the PMS implementation;

Organize the training courses from the needs analysis, work out the training plan, and facilitate the training delivery as well as the training evaluation reports.

3. Attendance, Compensation & Benefit:

Assist on the company attendance management, and handle the outstanding cases;

Guide C&B staff to calculate the salary, and make sure the accuracy of the salary payment;

4. Team management:

Supervise, coordinate, and coach HR team members via on-the-job training to enhance their working skills and HR related operational skills so as to lead the team to operate the routines with a high standard.

5. Employee Relationship

Communicate with employees in a proper and professional way and assist business heads on giving the solution of people conflict.

6. Planning

Set up the working plan or objectives for subordinators and assist on the middle China region’s annual HR budget.

Job Requirement：

• Bachelor Degree, major in Human Resource, Psychology, Business Administration or English;
• 5 years above working experience in HR related Job, at least 3 years working experience as a team leade
• Fluent English express is a must
• Familiar with HR related Laws and policies of PRC, good computer skills, industrial knowledge
• Good communication skill, team management skills, planning skill, well presentation skill, strong problem solving skillsand team-work spirit.
