Assistant Garment Merchandiser (Rep Office of an international retail company)



Responsibilities;

• Input orders and issue related documents to customer, suppliers and internal service department.
• Assist Merchandisers in continuous follow up of orders to ensure timely delivery
• Samples checking and dispatch, photo shooting, and prepare offer sheet
• Assist Merchandiser in buying season such as car booking, sample display.
• To participate in business trip together with the Merchandiser and the buyer or to handle a buying trip independently.
• To follow up on shipments in co-ordination with Shipment Control Department.
• To handle daily correspondence independently or under the guidance of the supervisor
• Maintenance of supplier information and support supplier development process

Requirements;

• College graduated or above
• Fluent English both in oral & written ,CET 6 or above.
• Good team player , details oriented , well-organized, willing to learn and work hard
• With relevant working experience is an advantage
