岗位职责
1. Training records input, regular documentation edition and training figure stat.
2. Training administration job (e.g. manual paper work, archive files and admin. Facilitation etc.)
3. Prepare training course confirmation letter and invoice issues etc.
4. Archive the individual relative training files
5. Course facilitation admin. Job and material preparative
6. Training course category and schedule edition and preparative, training course registration etc.
7. Edit course category and course schedule， edit annual course category and course schedule in training software
8. Regularly update and maintain course schedule， Communicate with training company for course dates, registration etc. issues

任职条件
1. College degree above, with 1 or 2 years’ working experience in HR function
2. Familiar with HR software and has 1 or 2 years’ software operation experience
3. Familiar with office software （Word/Excel/PPT）
4. CET 4 above
5. Careful, be responsible and serious, Good team cooperation spirit, Good communication skill

As early as in the 1950s Draeger Company was already actively engaged in various fields of medical equipment and industrial safety products in China. Always adhering to the principle of "brave innovation and being quality-centered", the explorers of Draeger have won certain market share in China. In order to make sure that Draeger products accord with the Chinese market and to ensure the qualify of after-sales service by Draeger that is recognized world wide, Draeger Medical invested to establish Shanghai Draeger Medical Instrument Company Limited (SDMI) in 1994 and Draeger Medical Equipment (Shanghai) Company Limited (DME) in 2001, respectively, in Shanghai to be responsible for all businesses of Draeger (Germany) Company and Draeger (North America) Company in China, and nearly 400 persons were employed.

上海德尔格医疗器械有限公司（SDMI）是一家由德尔格医疗国际股份有限公司、中国医疗器械工业公司及上海医疗器械股份有限公司组建的合资公司。目前，公司拥有从德国引进的CNC铣床、特殊的测试设备及先进的技术，设计、生产、销售麻醉机、气体设备及其它部件。
Shanghai. Draeger Medical Instrument Company Limited (SDMI) is a joint venture between Draeger Medical International Company Limited, China National Medical Equipment Industry Corporation and Shanghai Medical Equipment Company Limited. At present, the company owns CNC milling machine imported from Germany, special testing equipment and advanced techniques, and designs, manufactures and sells anesthetic machines, gas equipment as well as other parts.
