The Junior Project Manager is responsible for working with the Project Manager to implement confirmed project plans and assist in the delivery of materials.

Responsibilities:
?Help to develop full scale project plans with the Project Manager
?Assist with the coordination of project staff
?Track and manage project timelines
?Help to ensure smooth communication before, during and after project phases
?Provide solutions to project related problems and delays
?Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to stakeholders on a regular basis
?Maintain project related documentation
?Project evaluations and assessment of results to ensure best practices are carried into future projects
?Ensure feedback is collected and sent to relevant project members
?Manage and archive project folders
?Look for new and innovative ways to manage projects through tools and processes

Required:
?Minimum 2 years’ experience working in content development

Preferred:
?Minimum 1 years’ experience in project management (both internal and external)

Skills/Competencies:
?Fluent in English both in oral and written
?Have comprehensive communication skills
?Skills in critical thinking and problem solving, planning and organization
?Familiar with Microsoft office
?A strong desire to learn about all aspects of content development
