Support sales productivity improvement.
Work with sales and product management across the CMD China business units in standardizing effective methods and processes for the selling organisation to increase commercial productivity and maximize value to the customer.

Drive sales force effectiveness initiatives that will result in revenue and margin growth including rebate analysis, pricing, compensation plans & incentive plans.
　　　
Create a comprehensive system of sales and marketing productivity reporting and establish associated processes to drive continuous improvement.  Incorporate best practices from bench-mark strong performers to improve the overall profitability of the group.

Utilise Share of Wallet (SOW), financial and coverage metrics to establish performance targets, evaluate and modify as required.  Manage the mapping, forecasting, and territory analysis reporting to the sales organisation.

Participate in monthly business reviews with the SLT; support the design and execution of sales meetings as needed.

 
Work with sales leads to develop and manage sales compensation plans to attract, retain and reward effective sales performance.  In conjunction with Finance, integrate sales compensation plans and territory planning into the financial plan, forecast and actual reporting processes.
Manage SFDC use and recommend new tools that will benefit the selling organisation. Develop workflows and best practices for best technology utilisation.  Facilitate and drive training programs to ensure maximum utilisation and accuracy of use.
Develop and implement a sales training strategy for new hires and existing sales employees that supports the organisations goals and develops a best-in-class selling organisation. Work with Divisions, China U, training managers etc. to coordinate and deliver this.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
 
Qualifications & Experience
 
Tertiary qualifications in Science or related discipline and/or business management;
·         At least 10 years relevant work experience with a strong and proven background in sales, sales management and sales operations; and
·         Experience with sale force automation tools and processes (e.g. SFDA)
 
Skills & Attributes
 
Excellent communication and presentation skills (bi-lingual Mandarin / English)
·       A proven ability to coordinate needs assessments across the sales organisation, and an ability to deliver a comprehensive training solution to those needs;
Strong leadership and motivational ability;
The ability to influence senior leaders and sales teams;
Strong analytical and process improvement skills;
Highly numerate and strong commercial acumen;
·      Demonstrated ability to work well within a matrix environment, and an ability to build solid relationships/make connections across the organisation;
Change management mindset and experience; and

Travel throughout China required.
