Cultural Insight

Scope of Role
We are looking for talents to play the role of Culture Insight in the Brand Development team, adding value through their industry experience. Fresh graduates with excellent academic knowledge are also welcomed.

Key Challenges & Opportunities
- A clear understanding of the purpose of cultural insight in market research
- Analyzing and interpreting the cultural context of brands in China
- Observing and absorbing culture from widest possible forms
-Using solid relevant knowledge to help our clients’ brands to talk effectively to their consumers
-Discussing and sharing culture points with more senior members of the team
-Delivering required tasks on time

The Ideal Profile
-Theoretically grounded: An academic background (Master degree or above) in Anthropology, Sociology, Psychology with studies in things like comparative culture, semiotics, ethnography, culture studies, critical theory, literary theory
-Brand fanatic and culturally aware
-Excellent time management, presentation skill and strong analytical ability
-Great communication skills, team player, an understanding/interest of people and culture
-Positive, Diligent, Reliable, Responsible, Pro-active, passionate, energetic, full of fun and able to work well under pressure independently
-Excellent command of English & Chinese (Both Verbal and Written)
-Talents with more than 3 years of industry experience will be preferred
