Project Executive

Scope of Role
Project Executives are responsible for delivery of specific components of projects, working closely under the guidance of more senior team members.

These people will spend 95% of their time on Qualitative and Quantitative skill related activities, using this as the way to learn about Qualitative and Quantitative research at Added Value.

Key Challenges & Opportunities:

As a Project Executives at Added Value, you shall be responsible for:

-Delivering specific parts of Qualitative projects e.g. support Project Manager for in-depth interview, focus group setup, project management, design recruitment specifications,

-Supporting Qualitative issues with more senior members of the team;

-Following up with Operations throughout the project to ensure the highest quality of data is delivered on time;

-Delivering specific parts of Quantitative projects e.g. recommending the appropriate method (i.e. F2F, telephone, internet), design a sample structure, recruitment specifications, writing questionnaires, writing DP specs, having knowledge about statistical techniques etc.

-Supporting Quantitative issues with more senior members of the team.

-Following up with Operations throughout the project to ensure the highest quality of data is delivered on time.


The ideal profile:

-Good project management skills – able to deliver tasks on time

-Analytical skills

-Able to work under pressure

-Excellent command of English & Chinese (written & verbal)

-Self-starter (diligent, reliable, proactive & responsible), can be held accountable for parts of simple projects

-Liaises with the Client, Operations & the rest of the team

-Supporting team members to respond to client briefs and draft proposals

-Demonstrates an understanding of client context and project related issues

-Ensures quality of fieldwork/data collection
