Robert, Tan & Gao (RTG) is a retail and communications strategy consulting firm. We partner with senior executives of the world’s leading international and Chinese premium brands, to identify and implement strategies that will increase the overall effectiveness and efficiency of their brands.

With offices in Shanghai and Beijing, our team of over 60 consultants services premium brands in fashion, jewelry, watches, automobile, real estate, hospitality, as well as government bodies.
We are currently looking for an Analyst to join our family.

Job Scope Overview:

· Possess good verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong story-telling capabilities
· Consistently completes tasks on time with required quality and care
· Effectively applies the necessary functional knowledge and skills to fulfill his/her job
· Ability to proactively carry out market research and brand analysis.
· Ability to design or assist in the development of discussion guidelines ( research)
· Effectively conduct in-depth data analyses for both qualitative and quantitative research
· Assist in the development of through leadership articles as well as white paper
· Making internal presentations—answering questions and instilling confidence
· Provide training to other trainees as required.
· Produce data to support business development presentation
· Ability to respond appropriately in pressure situations with a calm and steady demeanor
· Works independently and is able to perform a variety of tasks with different levels of complexity by developing effective plans and organizing his/her work efficiently
· Identifies key issues and draws conclusions by analyzing and comparing data from different sources of information

Candidate Requirements:

· 1-3 years business research experience, preferably in a consulting environment
· A good understanding of the China luxury market landscape
· Native Chinese with fluent English
· Excellent analytical and logical thinking
· Self-motivated with positive attitude towards hard-to-achieve assignments

***Experience with Luxury, premium brands and property will be highly regarded***
