Responsibilities
岗位职责

1.Office supplies ordering, delivery and registration; gifts and card making
办公用品的采购，领用及登记；礼品和名片的制作
2.Telephone and visitor reception and registration, Express delivery & vehicle registration and management
电话接待，客户来访接待及登记；邮件收发；公司车辆使用登记与管理等
3.Hotel and ticket booking
机票酒店预订
4.Coordination of the daily affairs of the various department
协调各部门日常事务
5.Assisting with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR office
协助人事部进行日常工作的有效运转
6.Admin and office work（the liaison work of office equipment maintenance and repair etc）
办公室后勤与文员工作，包括办公设备保养，维修的联系工作等
7.Administration Department documents collate and disseminate
行政部文档整理与发放
8.Complete other jobs assigned by leader
完成上级领导交办的其他工作
