The Supplier Quality Management (Monitoring) team is a corporate group which works with Bombardier's suppliers, Supply Chain and all of Bombardier business units worldwide. Our ambition is to mobilize all impacted stakeholders internal and external toward a common strategy with a single objective: to improve supplier quality by reducing its impact on Bombardier Aerospace's overall Defects per Million (DPM). Our processes to achieve our goals revolve around a continuous improvement mindset and the promotion of collaborative partnerships with our supply base.

In your role, you will;
Perform quality audits, write audit reports, raise requests for supplier action (RSA) and follow up ;
Perform technical audits to Bombardier Material and Process requirements:
Reassess Supplier Performance in accordance with the Bombardier Aerospace Quality Manual;
Put in place corrective actions and follow up with suppliers;
Approve new suppliers

Qualifications

As our ideal candidate,
You hold a university or college level degree in a technical domain, or 5 years of comparable work experience;
You possess project management skills;
You are knowledgeable of quality management system notions, AS9100 and Nadcap organizations and processes
You possess change management skills;
You have experience in problem resolution techniques;
You are functionally bilingual, written and spoken (English and Chinese);
You are computer literate, and specifically well versed in Excel and PowerPoint
15-20 % mobility (travel)
Also considered as assets:
Experience with SAP
Systems, process or product auditing;
Experience with supplier interventions;
Work experience as a team leader with excellent negotiation skills
