职位描述

The Supplier Quality Audit Supervisor will lead a team of Analyst and Senior Analyst responsible for approving and reassessing suppliers and for implementing the Vendor Inspection Program at targeted suppliers. The suppliers, approval and reassessment shall be done in full compliance to regulatory processes, requirements and governance. His team will also be called to lead some activities of Supplier Development.


The candidate will directly deal with the various Bombardier Aerospace plants, directions and services and with various Supplier Compliance groups. He or she is asked to demonstrate strong leadership skills and autonomy in order to support the various internal groups they will be interacting with and also, as needed, the suppliers’ representative his team is dealing with.


We look for an individual with a proven track record of leadership and rigor, who can demonstrate strong project management skills in addition to the required analytical skills. The individual shall also possess a high capacity to influence and federate towards common goals and bring a systemic approach to process management.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Managing the portfolio of approval and reassessment given to him (her) by the Supplier Monitoring Manager in order to reach his monthly and yearly objectives.
  • Deploying through its team the Vendor Inspection Program in identified suppliers, within the given timeframe and process.
  • Be the direction’s referent on identified technical subjects.
  • Identification with his team of potential candidate for the Supplier Improvement Program and gathering of sustaining data for justification.
  • Whenever needed, crisis management with suppliers on any occasion but more specifically in the case of major disclosure letters.
  • On demand representative on suppliers’ capabilities and capacities for BA internal stakeholders such as M&P, engineering, supply chain, in-service and logistics.
  • Managing BA needs regarding certification of special processes shop, either first or sub-tier.
  • Supporting BA’s business units, in particular plants’ supplier compliance teams and program development teams.
  • Coaching and mentoring employees on Business, technical situations and professional development.
  • Lead or participate in benchmarking initiatives with Industries, Government and Universities, whenever needed.
  • Participate in defining SQM strategies with management to improve efficiency of SQM and of the various Business Units.
  • Develop and deploy initiatives to fulfill the strategy and act as an active change vector.
  • Act as control for approved budget and work with his peers to achieve SQM’s objectives.
  • Establish Master and Detail Plans in relation to his objectives.
  • Deploys AES Gold and higher levels and conducts regular maturity assessment as required.
  • Manages Human Resources under his responsibilities ie: Professional development, hiring, salary reviews, succession planning.
  • Manages Performance ie: develop KPI's, executive summaries and reviews on people, process and tools.
  • Inter-disciplinary communication and alignment.
  • Evaluating, developing resources and applying company policies

Requirements:


  • Experiences in AS9100 auditing is preferred
  • Minimum 8 years of experience ideally including team supervision
  • Degree in technical / engineering education is an asset
  • Able to work co-operatively with management and people from different disciplines and cultures and to federate them to reach common goals.
  • Ability to gather, analyse and synthesize data.
  • Ability to manage time and priorities.
  • Ability for team work, both downward with his team and upward with his colleagues and superiors.
  • Team spirit commitment, result-oriented and enthusiastic.
