POSITION OBJECTIVE / 职位目标：

· Ensure that the product meet the requirements through a preventive approach in a timely manner / 通过快速有效预防措施确保产品达到目标。

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES / 责任与活动：

· Inspect product to ensure compliance with all customer requirements, lengths, identification, etc / 检测产品以确保与所有客户要求，长度，标识等要求一致。

· Inspect the product to ensure delivery requirements are met / 检查产品以确保满足交付要求。

· Detect product and process discrepancies for immediate correction / 检测产品与工艺要求差异并立即更正。

· Report critical findings immediately to quality engineer and/or quality leader / 把所发现调查结果向质量工程师和 / 或质量主管汇报。

· Daily monitoring of defects, follow up of items written at the 10 steps board / 日常的不合格品检查，跟进事项并公布于10步走公报栏。

· If inspection after rework, product must be validated again in the operation and using the correct tools for verification / 返工后的检验，产品必须在操作中再次验证，并使用纠正工具进行确认。

· Provide support and feedback to operators with low quality or doubts about product manufacturing / 对于产品生产中的质量疑问，为操作人员提供支持与反馈。

· Audits to tools, products, documents, materials and processes when required / 有需要时，对工具，产品，文件，材料与工艺进行审核。

· Focus on prevention of defects to reduce occurrence / 预防与减少不合格品的发生率。

· Actively participate in improvement projects / 积极参与改善项目。

· Participate in the analysis and solution of the problems required / 按照要求参与问题的分析并提出解决方案。

· Propose updates and use inspection check-list for leak prevent recurrence of defects / 提议更新及使用检验清单预防不合格品的漏洞重复发生。

· Corrective action leak on its defects discovered by the inspector of survey or customer / 检验员或客户对不合格品纠正措施漏洞的调查。

· Ensure that this product paper according to customer requirements / 根据产品要求确保产品文件。

· Focus on meeting the goals of quality, certified operators, quantity, delivery, attrition, productivity and 5’S stated in your work area / 集中于自己工作区域达成质量，合格操作者，数量，交付，磨损，生产力与5S的目标。

· Using the right tool in their work / 工作中使用正确的工具。

· Support a precautionary approach in all its tasks / 在所有任务中为预防措施提供支持。

· Ensure all electrical test after rework are properly documented and certified / 返工后的电气测验恰当的被记录与证明。

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE / 本职位所要求的技能及经历：
A. Educational Qualifications / 教育资格

· Junior college Degree or equivalent / 大专或同等学历。

B. Work Experience - Technical Knowledge / 工作经历 - 专业知识

· At least two years of experience in similar position / 至少两年相似职位的工作经验。

· Experience in manufacturing environment / 制造环境工作经验。

· Experience in wire harness fabrication is preferred / 线缆制造业经验更佳。

C. Professional Skills / 专业技能

· MS Office tools proficiency / 熟练使用办公软件。

· English is preferred / 懂英文者更佳。

· Good training skills / 超群的培训技能。

D. Behavioural Skills / 行为技能

· Organized / 有组织有纪律。

· Ability to work with groups of people / 具有团队合作精神。

· Work under pressure / 抗压性强。

E. Desirable Aspects / 理想条件

· Computer packages and English / 运用电脑或英文知识。
