岗位职责

-提供用户日常工作中所需桌面支持服务并解决工作中的相关问题;
-使用远程控制方式接收,记录和填写IT服务表;
-对用户讲解IT策略和相关流程;
-帮助实施工作相关软件的安装和部署工作;
-维护并更新用户帐户和用户信息;
-记录工作中遇到的用户问题并将部分问题转发到二线支持;
-跟踪问题直到问题被解决.

-工作地点位于闵行区颛桥镇

岗位要求
- 计算机相关专业;
- 英语沟通无障碍;
- 人际沟通能力较强,热心工作,团队意识强;
- 工作主动,灵活,执行力强并能够专注于任务.

Core Responsibilities

- Provide daily support for the user Helpdesk services and conduct problem diagnosis and resolution;
- Accept, log and fulfill IT service requests by remote control;
- Explain IT policies and relevant processes to the internal customers;
- Support and conduct deployment of standard applications and Microsoft software;
- Maintain and update user accounts, user information;
-Take record of the problem, include record problem, escalate specific problem to the appropriate expert team.
-Trace and follow all the problem had been resolved.

Required Competencies
- Bachelor Degree or above, related to computer science
- Excellent English oral and written communication skills are must;
- Good interpersonal (team oriented) communication skills. Warm heard, willing to help others to resolve any IT related problems;
- High degree of initiative, flexibility, mobility, personal motivation and independence;
