任职资格
1. 塑料方面的机械工程专业，大专以上学历；
2. 5年塑胶模具经验，其中至少3年以上模具制作经验、2年以上模具项目管理经验；
3. 熟悉注塑模具结构和塑胶模具制造工艺，以及出口模标准（DME、HASCOO等）；
4. 能够熟练应用2D/3D（会3D建模）、Office、UG软件制作项目工程文件及报告；
5. 有较强的责任心，能承受较大的工作压力和不定时的工作时间；
6. 具有良好的沟通和协调能力和团队精神；
7. 以及解决问题的能力，能有效地推动问题解决；
8. 有一定的产品开发能力；
9. .有医疗相关产品模具设计者优先。

岗位职责
1. 塑料模具的询价、价格洽谈；
2. 为国外客户和模具供应商解决相应技术问题；
3. 为供应商和公司内部人员提供技术支持与协调；
4. 根据公司的需求进行模具的技术支持与鉴定；
5. 在生产过程中，提供相应的技术支持；
6. 负责项目与工作的进度跟踪与协调；
7. 协同开发新产品。
