职位描述
职位说明：
1 负责公司每月财务报表编制，并定期上报及管控；
2 负责开具公司内销的增值税发票，并负责增值税网上纳税申报，以及贸易出口退税工作；
3 全面负责财务部的日常工作，完善财务工作流程安排及部属的管理和考核；
4 负责制定公司财务管理制度，会计核算办法，规范企业财务管理及有关规定并监督执行；
5 组织编制公司的财务管理，成本管理，预算管理，会计核算，会计监督，存货控制等相关工作，加强公司经济管理，提高经济效益；
6 提前掌握运筹公司财务状况，确保有效资金的使用需求，对经营成果和资金变动，现金流情况，及时汇报工作情况；
7 组织执行国家有关财务法律，法规，方针，政策和制度，保障公司合法经营，维护公司权益；
8 负责制定审核公司预算，财务收支计划，成本费用计划，信贷计划，财务报告，会计决算报表，会签涉及财务收支的重大业务经营计划，经济合同，经济协议等；
9 参与公司投资行为，重大经营活动等方面的决策和方案制定工作，并持续参与执行和监管；
10 参与重大经济合同或协议的研究，审核，参与重要经济活动的分析，决策，执行和监管；
11 审核下属工厂上报的财务报表及资金需求并有效管控其财务状况；
12 完成上级交办的其它工作。
职位要求：
1 大专以上学历，财务会计或金融等相关合格的专业执业资格；
2 具有财务管理，行政管理，金融，法律知识，熟练使用各种财务及办公软件；
3 具有八年以上的财务管理经验，具有相关职称；
4 熟悉国家金融政策，进出口，财务与税务方面的法律法规，熟悉银行，税务，进出口等方面的工作流程，全面财务财务管理知识，熟悉企业内部业务工作流程；
5 具有良好的组织规划能力，研究分析能力，资金管控运筹能力，执行能力及沟通协调能力。

We have subsidiary companies in Hongkong, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Quzhou, and we also have rep office in USA, Mexico, Brazil, Japan, Philippines, and Indonesia etc.
Quzhou Shushi Air Compressor Co., Ltd, owned by Qualiway Group, is located in Quzhou of Zhejiang Province which is famous of air compressors in China. The factory occupies 54,000m2 with nearly 400 employees. Quzhou Shushi Air Compressor Co., Ltd, is a professional enterprise with independent R&D and manufacturing capacity specialized in all different kinds of air compressors and air pumps, including direct-driven air compressor, oil-free air compressor, belt-driven air pumps compressor, high pressure air compressor etc.
Additionally, we have been designated as the global dealer by Kaishan Group which is the biggest manufacturer of screw compressors in China. We have been cooperating with Kaishan Group since 2008 and we are taking charge of overseas markets exploiting covering Kaishan motor-powered screw compressors, diesel-powered screw compressors, crawler drills, air dryers, air tanks and so on.
