We are BS Studio Shanghai Limited, Danish invested company in China, doing marketing item and garment accessories for our mother company Bestseller mainly, and manufacturing our own branded furniture and home accessories.

Mercantile division works with customized window and in-store deco, packaging and so on for fashion retailers, from design, sample, all the way to production and delivery. Export to Europe.

Due to business expansion, we are looking for a new member who is passionate for fashion, willing to success together with the company, and has great stress management.

Main tasks:

• Specialized in buying packaging for fashion retail shops, incl. incl. paper, plastic, non-woven and different materials

• Be able to handle cases individually with rep. office or clients all the way from new request to sampling, production, quality control, certificates and delivery at destination.

• Actively participate in above points and be able to improve and forecast potential issues, keep abreast of customer needs in a friendly tone.

• Frequent supplier visit to maintain good cooperation as well as to secure the capacity for company and customers’ needs.

• Source, analyses and educate suppliers to meet the demands in compliance with the business requirements, together with quality, COC department and management, address quality issues jointly with quality department;

• Keep claim below a certain rate.

Job Requirement:

• Above 5 years relevant work experience on packaging
• Abundant knowledge on product and material
• Honest, Hard-working, Passionate, Outgoing
• Team player. Good at communication
• Fluent English, both written and oral
• Experience in sourcing in East South Asia countries is a plus

• 预见各种问题发生的可能性并提前做出处理，预警客人或工厂等等。

• 拜访工厂，保持良好关系，保证所需产品品质以及生产能力等等。开发并教育供应商，以达到公司业务的需求，包括产品质量以及社会责任等等。

• 控制索赔率低于一定比例。
