Essential duties and responsibilities:
1. Be in charge of optimizing production line quality, implementing production process controls to insure product quality meets expectations and product improvement.
2. Be able to work in each factory for factory audit, production line audit,
3. Provide corrective action reports and offer products improvement plans.
4. Be responsible to communicate and corporate between vendors, China lab, sourcing team and US quality team.
Requirement & Skill:
· Experience of wide range assembly lines, including knowledge of SOPs, critical station process control and line audition techniques. Knowledge in jack, motor, air compressor is highly desired.
· Be physically able and willing to travel 80% of work.
· Experience with vendor improvements and gaining collaboration.
· Experiences with quality tools. (SPC, GR&R, PFMEA, CPk etc.)
· Familiarity with ISO 9000 Systems or recognized SQA systems.
· Manufacturing process experience on die casting, stamping, machining, injection, and gearing, etc.

Qualifications:
· College diploma in mechanical engineer, electrical engineer or engineering engineer with minimum 5 years relevant manufacturing engineering experience.
· Skilled written English ability is a must.
· Good spoken English will be a bonus point.
· Strong communication and coordination skills.
· Can use MS Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
· Honest and sense of responsibility.
· Good team sprit.
· Must be self-starter / hands on / honest.
· Must have an attitude of “whatever it takes to get things done”.
· Comprehensive knowledge of mechanical and electronic systems.
