职位描述：

编制和维护产品装配工艺文件，制定生产工时，并跟踪执行情况；

参与新产品、新工艺的试制和试验，生产线布局的设计；

负责工装管理，以及新工装的设计；

负责生产设备的维护；

针对现生产过程中存在的问题提交分析报告和解决方案；

解决日常生产中的质量问题，对不良产品及零件进行判别并协同相关部门进行处置；

协助销售及质量部门处理客户的投诉；

Responsibilities:

Create and maintain product assembly documents, establish standard working time and regularly review the results;

Participate in the design of the new product and assembly process, layout of the assembly line;

Management of the work tools and design of new work tools;

Maintenance of the production equipments;

Analyze the current production problems and provide solutions;

Solve the quality problems of daily production, analyze the non-conforming parts and provide solution;

Corporate with the sales and quality department handling customer complaints;

岗位要求：

机械，电气相关专业，八年以上工作经历；

熟悉生产流程，熟悉工艺文件的编制；

熟悉ISO9001质量管理体系；

对ERP系统有一定认识；

有较好的客户沟通能力及团队合作精神

良好的英语口语及书写能力，

能熟练操作OFFICE软件

Qualifications:

Diploma with mechanical or electrical engineering, 8 years work experience

Familiar with production process and documents

Familiar with ISO9001;

Knowledge with ERP;

Good communication skills and team work;

Good oral and written English;

Familiar with MS Office.
