职位描述：

1. 带领生产团队完成车间的关键目标，如产量、效率、质量、成本、及时交货等目标；

2. 培训和发展团队；

3. 领导有关生产的改进项目和人员管理，持续改进生产，实现生产车间标准化管理

4. 与其他部门合作，达成公司制定的目标；

5. 保证生产和工作场所符合健康，安全，环境等方面的要求，负责生产条件的持续改进。

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the team to achieve the KPI target of the workshop, including output, efficiency, quality, cost, OTD, etc;

2. Engage, coach and develop the team, provide the safe, enjoyable working environment and team culture;

3. Continuously improvement by leading the improvement programs on production and people management;

4. Cooperate and coordinate with cross-function to achieve the company target;

5. Complies with and supports the health, safety, and environmental programs, policies and procedures. Responsible for the development and continuous improvement of a safe working environment.

岗位要求：

机械，电气相关专业，八年以上相关工作经历；

熟悉ISO9001标准；

对ERP系统有一定认识；

有较好的沟通能力及团队合作精神

良好的英语口语及书写能力，

能熟练操作OFFICE软件

Qualifications:

Diploma with mechanical or electrical engineering, 8 years work experience

Familiar with ISO9001;

Knowledge with ERP;

Good communication skills and team work;

Good oral and written English;

Familiar with MS Office.
