Main Duties:

Close communication with marketing department in Shanghai branch in relation to proposed new transactions (deal management) and additional request from the existing customers
Independent assessment of creditworthiness in terms of corporate customers and structured finance transactions in China
Proposing collateral structure, and covenant/requirements/conditions when necessary
Creating the internal credit ratings
Analysis of financial figures/ratios (Financial Statements, interim figures, cash flow statements, budgets/projections)
Preparing loan monitoring submission/event-triggered submission/risk-check for corporate customers and structured finance transactions in China
Assessing waiver request from the existing customers
Preparing sponsor analysis in structure finance transaction in China and overseas
Ongoing monitoring of the credit movements of existing customers, initiating re-rating and event-triggered review when necessary
Research and analysis (industry sector, political/economic environment) in China
Analysis and portfolio management of investment grade rated companies across Asia/Australia

Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years of credit analysis or relevant working experience
Strong qualitative and financial analytical skills
Strong inter-personal skills and team work spirit
Capable to work under pressure to meet the deadline
Fluent verbal and written both in English and Mandarin
