Responsibilities

• Finding suitable suppliers and maintaining suppliers.
• We have the main supply chain established, but are constantly need of improvements and other kinds of suppliers. You need to assist the Senior Quality Engineer to achieve certain goals within this field.
• Secure shipments.
• The quality must be secured of whatever is sent to our customers, meaning on-time and without-faulty-good deliveries.
• ISO9001 / ISO14001 / ISO 26000 / 5S.
• Senab is ISO 9001 and 14001 certified and we take our Social Responsibility seriously by having a Code of Conduct that is in accordance with ISO26000. Our customers have high requirements regarding environmental and social responsibilities. Our suppliers must also have the same value. Training the supplier is part of the job.
• Helping Purchase colleagues in price inquiries with technical support.
• Includes translating drawings into understandable language to the purchasers and suppliers. Confirm all details with the suppliers to avoid mistakes along the way.
• Developing new products.
• Communicating with suppliers regarding new products, such as drawing confirmation and prototype inspection is needed.
• Attending installations.
• Many of our customer requires turn-key solution, which means we need to take care of transportation and assembly of furniture. You will be trained to assemble our furniture and must also attend installations of all projects within China.

Other Requirements

• University Degree
• Fluent English Speaking, both in written and orally, some of your colleagues will be foreigners
• 1 to 2 years work experiences in furniture
• Fresh graduated in technology and design is also welcome.
• Technical knowledge
• Beginning ability in furniture assembling will be an advantage
• General Computer Skills especially in regards to the Office programs and Windows
• Familiar with Drawing Software (CAD, Solid works, etc.).
