RESPONSIBILITIES

Your responsibilities as a Project Manager will be divided into two parts: Existing Business Coordination and New Business Development.

COORDINATING INTERIOR FURNITURE PROJECTS

The whole process starting from customers' needs for interior design to tender, order and to follow up claims and problems until sending the balance invoice to them. Following are the main steps:

• Analyzes, cost estimations and pre-project
• Business set-up and tender
• Sales Confirmation
• Order Analysis (Import, Purchase or have it specially produced)
• Follow up the status with purchase and quality to make sure the goods are good enough and can be ready for delivery date.
• Coordinate with Logistics for Goods Import
• Preparation and planning for Installation
• Supervise the installation
• Follow up customer's satisfaction

COORDINATING NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

By customer /architect request, developing a product such, from customer/architect idea to final prototype stage. Coordinating with Purchase and Quality Department and give customer status update once a while.

NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Finding new customers that matches Senab’s vision. First priority is Foreign Owned Companies in China, and second priority is Chinese Owned Companies, no matter size.

At last, with a small company comes a lot of work that might not necessary be in your ordinary JD, but it’s important that you do all sorts of work when needed.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• Fluent English Speaking, both in written and orally, can communicate easily with foreigners
• Experience in the furniture and interior design business or willing and open to learn an exciting industry.
• Technical Oriented and interest in design.
• General Computer Skills especially in regards to the Office programs and Windows
• University Degree.
