职位描述
1. 在公司系统中处理订单：与国外生产总部协调产品交期与订单交付，处理相关订单文件，与客户协调按时付款，以及客户投诉的后续相关文件处理
2. 协助市场经理与销售经理，行业展会与推广路演的资料与样品的相关准备，包括英文相关资料的辅助翻译与校正
3. 协助市场经理与销售经理，公司产品推广材料与样品等的相关准备
4. 参与拜访重点客户，辅助对于重点客户的产品推广
5. 协助国外同事拜访中国的相关行政事宜
其他要求：
1. 英语能力：国家四级以上
2. 电脑软件：熟练运用 Office, Photoshop，ai 等制图软件
