1. Bachelor degree is must; Master in business administration, finance etc. or MBA is preferred.
2. Have at least 3 years experience in enterprise finance department, familiar with finance management, risk management, and internal control; has qualification in CPA, CIA or CISA.
3. Strong communication and inter-personnel skill, including presentation and documentation in both Chinese and English(or one other language), is a must.

4. Analytical capability such as scorecard development, segmentation and other statistical approaches is strongly recommended.

5. Accept frequently travel in China
