1. Bachelor degree is must; Master in business administration, finance etc. or MBA is preferred.
2. Have at least 3 years experience as manager in finance service institution, familiar with the relevant tax regulation and economic law; knowledge in business process, audit regulation, enterprise management, risk management, and internal control.

3. Practice CPA is must, preferred above 3 years.
4. Strong communication and inter-personnel skill, including presentation and documentation in both Chinese and English(or one other language), is a must. Good at team leader and project leader.

5. Analytical capability such as scorecard development, segmentation and other statistical approaches is strongly recommended.

6. Accept frequently travel in China
