岗位职责：熟悉人力资源管理六大模块工作，即人力资源规划、招聘与配置、培训与开发、绩效管理、薪酬福利管理、劳动关系管理。

具体细分为：

1、根据业务发展情况制定人力资源分析报告，对公司人员数量及架构进行研究、规划并及时调节；

2、协调各部门需求进行招聘工作。能应业务量的需求靠自身能力及时挖掘、招聘专业设计人员，具体包括制定招聘信息、安排预约面试、面试、发送录取通知书等。招聘的人员涉及：设计总监、资深设计师（室内、灯光、图形标识）、绘图员、效果图制作人员、行政人员等；

3、编制、更新员工手册以及公司规章制度，建立员工评价系统。

4、对新进员工进行基本培训，确保其知晓公司的规章制度以及员工手册上的内容。试用期过后进行面谈与评价。对所有员工至少进行一年两次的面谈交流，了解其各方面的需求、其对公司和其他同事的看法以及对其作出年度评价。

5、帮助建立员工关系，协调员工与管理层的关系；

6、为每个员工创建、管理人事档案；

7、员工薪酬福利管理；

8、熟知《劳动法》条款，对公司劳动关系进行管理，能熟练操作入职、离职等手续，能及时避免、合理处理劳动纠纷；

9、员工考勤管理；

10、协助行政部门组织员工活动；

其他要求：

1、大专及以上学历，人资管理相关专业，有丰富的人事工作经验者以及有在猎头企业工作经验者优先；
2、能熟练使用Office软件；

3、能用英语进行日常交流、对外籍人员进行面试；

4、工作认真负责，态度严谨，有责任心，工作积极主动，执行力强；
5、性格开朗，具备较强的人际沟通、协调能力，团队意识强；
