PRDC-PUR AD Flexible Foam & Raw Material

Tasks Description

Position: Major Tasks

1. Do technical development work in area of Flexible Foam (related to
key industry soft furniture), and support Raw Materials buseinss when
necessary.
2. Provide technical support/solutions for existed flexible foam
products to internal and external customers to support PUR business
target.
3. Develop new products and technologies in flexible foam along the
line of market trend, customer requirements and PUR stragety.
4. Support AD Flexible Foam & Raw Materials team to be a value
driven organization by applying IM concepts, using respective project
tools and securing cost-efficiency
5. Support PUR in the PRDC community and contribute to overarching BMS activities


Requirements Description

Universitiy education background in chemical area.
3-10 years experience in technical area of polyurethane industry.
Flexible polyurethane foam technical experience is preferred.
Strategic thinking / high capability to identify market/application
trends and capture business opportunities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Open-minded, creative, culturally sensitive, embrace diversity and
inclusion
Excellent in spoken and written Chinese & English
Demonstration of "LIFE" value behavior
