Main focus of duties & responsibilities

1. Responsible for the management of customer complaint;

2. Establish and submit the PPAP documentation;

3. Internal EMPB(semi-finished product);

4. Establish and update the control plan(prototype, pre-launch and serial), process, final inspection;

5. Participate in the assembly line acceptance;

6. Requisition and acceptance for special gages;

7. Train and examine final inspectors;

8. All training which can help our employee to improve the quality of our product;

9. Follow up engineering change during the life cycle within quality department;

10. Participate in review for non-conforming product;

11. Responsible for customer audit and internal audit;

12. Communicate with internal departments and external customer;

13. Support production to solve process quality issues.

Required Competency and Qualification:

1. Master degree, major in mechanical or electrical/mechanical;

2. 3-4 year experience in auto industry, familiar with quality control(process);

3. Familiar with TS16949;

4. Fluent English in spoken and written.

Presta is strong in developing and producing spares parts, loadable module and integrated system. It has 20% global steering column market share. ThyssenKrupp Presta HuiZhong Shanghai Co., Ltd. (TK-PHS) is the joint venture of ThyssenKrupp Presta and Shanghai HuiZhong Automotive Manufacturing Co., Ltd. founded on November 13th, 2000 in Shanghai with the capability of first-class product design, process and quality management, as well as great personnel, financial and material resources.
Main customers are Shanghai-VW, FAW-VW, CAF, CMA, Mazda Japan, SGM, SAIC, BBAC, Nissan, DPCA, BYD, BNDT, SGM Wuling, VCC, CJLR and Shanghai HuiZhong Automotive with 2 million steering columns sales volume in 2011.
