Requirements:
1.Have expert level knowledge of real estate business. Rich experiences of attracting tenants on commercial real estate project.
2.Strong sales background
3.At least 10 years or above experiences of team management and have strong project management skills.
4.At least bachelors degree or above
5.Fluent in written and spoken English is a MUST.
6.Candidate needs to be responsible worker who can explore his/her own activeness and have desire to advance. On the other hand, we appreciate that our candidate has very strong learning capability and show intelligence when responding to the emergency.
7.Capability of improving projects quality and controlling project cost.
8.Strong analytic, organizational and communication skills are required.
9.Work experiences with JLL, CBRE, DTZ, SAVILLS, COLLIERS is a plus.
