接转电话（传真、邮件），及时把电话（传真、邮件）转送到相关人员；接待来访人员（客户）与相关人员对接；负责公司快递、信件、包裹的收发工作。公司日常会议室的预订安排与协调布置，会议通知及会议文件的整理、存档。公司各类通知的公布、发放、签收。客户往来接待、酒店预订、车辆安排、礼品、油卡购买。公司网站后台管理；
负责办公用品（书籍、报刊、杂志）的采购、订购工作，做好登记存档。并对办公用品的领用、发放、出入库做好登记；建立办公用品管理台账，保证账物相符。杜绝浪费办公用品，有效控制成本，不定时检查用品库存，及时申请采购，做好后勤保障工作。企业邮箱及办公设备（如复印机、传真机、打印机、电脑、网络、电话等）等合理使用，降低材料消耗、定期维护；公司通讯录的每月更新发放，机票预订及签证办理工作，保持公司清洁卫生，展示公司良好形象。
负责每月统计员工的考勤情况登记、汇整，不允许作假包庇；日、月报执行情况的统计汇总，应聘人员的接待及新员工入职手续的办理，建立人事档案，更新员工清册。
