Purpose of Job

Be responsible for laboratory test and instrument analysis for raw material, in process and finished product to make sure all the data are accurate and timely.

Principle Accountabilities

1. Learn, understand, and apply relevant analysis instruments including the following: Adhension Testing Rig, Surface Area Measurement, Particle Size Analyzer, Microwave Solid Analyzer, TGA, Microwave digestion, PH/Viscosity meter, Backpressure Rig,etc as well as grasp corresponding testing SOP, especial for leading to perform Inductively Coupled Plasma-optical Emission Spectrometry, X-ray Fluorescence Spectrometer, .

2. Implement lab equipment routine check with the guide of Analytical Chemist to ensure lab equipment in good conditions.

3. Perform incoming material, in process and final product instrument analyses & inspection to ensure the conformance to specification.

4. Perform timely and accurately laboratory analysis, prepare and check relevant analysis reports.

5. Execute sample management in laboratory, label/category/retained/store/dispose samples correctly for each batch in order to maintain clear and accurate records of laboratory work.

6. Good trouble-shooting in the progress of analysis, report unusual cause of the problems in addition to provide adequate and effective information. Assist Analytical Chemist in dealing with these cases.

7. Support Analytical Chemist to carry out non-routine or complex laboratory analysis and testing tasks.

8. Maintain a clean and safe laboratory environment, which conform to the Laboratory& EHS requirement.

9. Complete the job requested by leader.

Person Specification

？ The post holder will hold college or above degree with major in Chemistry or related Science.
？ Related knowledge of lab daily work operation & instrument and analysis ability.
？ Good hands-on ability.
？ Knowledge of office software such as Excel and Word.
？ Basic English ability in reading and writing.
？ Good ability in analysis and data processing.
？ Minimum 1 year experience with laboratory analysis and instrumentation.
？ Hardworking, good analytical mind, independent, and carefulness, good team spirit.
