Purpose of Job

Responsible for the operation and maintenance of QC activities and carrying out QC relevant flow charts, procedures, specifications in order to effect the production of high quality products.

Principle Accountabilities

1. Learn, understand, and apply relevant QC inspection and testing methods. Follow QC relevant flow charts to carry out all the quality control activities.

2. Perform incoming material, in process, final product and delivery inspection to ensure the conformance to specification.
a) Regarding raw material, perform relevant testing according to raw material specification and corresponding QC procedures.
b) Regarding in process & final product, perform online inspection regularly to do washcoat batch testing, visual inspection of substrate, washcoated parts and catalyst parts during processing. Form Audit of Finished Catalyst after a catalyst lot is over.
c) Regarding delivery inspection, complete a delivery check of product prior to shipment to the customer according to Delivery Note.

3. Mainly perform timely and accurately the relevant routine test for laboratory analyses including the following: Surface Area Measurement, Particle Size Analyzer, Microwave Solid Analyzer, TGA, PH/Viscosity meter, Grinder Machine, Pellet Press, Backpressure Rig, etc. Maintain clear and accurate records of all QC work and keep all the records orderly and traceable.

4. Take samples in the inspection process according to sampling plan, label/category/retained/store/dispose samples correctly for each batch in order to maintain clear and accurate records of QC work.

5. Be in charge of identifying, managing, recording, reporting and disposing non-conformity product according to relevant procedures or from the support of leader’s disposition. Effectively communication with related departments such as production and Material control to try best to prevent any potential quality issues.

6. Involve in Kaizen project during the work which devote to improve effectiveness and efficiency.

7. Maintain a clean and safe laboratory environment, which conform to the Laboratory& EHS requirement.

8. Complete the job requested by leader.

Person Specification

？ The post holder will hold college or above degree.
？ Related knowledge of Quality control & instrument and analysis ability, Related chemical knowledge.
？ Basic knowledge of ISO/TS16949.
？ Good interpersonal and communication skills
？ Knowledge of office software such as Excel and Word
？ Minimum 1 year experience with Quality Control in related industry.
？ Hardworking, willing to turn shift, independent, and carefulness, good team spirit.
