职位描述
1、负责仓库整体工作事务及日常工作管理，协调部门与各职能部门之间的工作。
2、负责制定和修订仓库收发存作业程序及管理制度，完善仓库管理的各项流程和标准。
3、制定仓库工作计划。制定本月工作计划，总结和分析上月部门工作情况，带领督促员工完成目标任务。
4、负责分配仓管员的日常工作，使日常工作做到高效、准确、有序。
5、仓别要合理化布局和管理，负责制定各仓别的仓位的规划。标识、防火、防盗、防潮及物料的准确性管理标准。
6、负责组织仓库盘点工作，确保卡、账、物一致。
7、对仓库人员进行工作指导、业务知识培训。
8、定期对仓库人员进行考核。
9、负责监督处理返修、损坏品和滞销品。
10、对各仓库、收发区进行现场监督管理、5S的推行状况、目视化管理的执行状况并进行检查记录。
11、签发仓库各级文件和单据。
12、接受并完成上级交办的其他工作任务。

任职资格
1、大专以上学历，物流、仓储、供应链类相关专业；
2、2年以上物流仓储相关领域管理工作经验；
3、有良好的责任感与创新意识，能承受工作压力；
4、具有电子商务公司物流仓储管理经验优先。
5、做六休一，能承受一定的加班压力。
