苏瑞士家居实习生招聘项目
苏瑞士家居实习生招聘项目专为大学应届毕业生设立。通过适当的定位、指导和职业发展，实习生将在实习合格后成为苏瑞士的正式员工。该项目旨在促进组织更新，为公司发展注入新鲜的人才资源，以满足公司快速扩张的需求。

实习生项目历时近10个月。入选者将接受跨部门、全方位的培训和挂职锻炼。所有培训将针对每个人的情况精心设计，并由相关部门和人力资源部监管。

实习生要求：
应届大四在校生，
良好的在校表现和社会实践纪录；
对商业或零售领域的工作有热忱；
优秀的英语口语和写作能力；
良好的沟通能力和人际交往能力；
虚心学习，吃苦耐劳；
能够自律并自我激励。

Servimex Internship Program：
The Servimex Intern Program is specially designed for last year university student. With proper exposure, mentoring and career training, you will learn all aspects of company business during internship and become Servimex full time employees after the internship. The objective of this program is to achieve organizational renewal, diversity initiatives, and to infuse Servimex Home with fresh talents to meet the fast expansion needs.
You will receive cross-functional training and on-the-job placement during the 10 months program period. The training itself is designed carefully and monitored by the sponsoring department and Human Resource department.

Requirements：
Last year student at university;
Good performance in the university and has previous internship experience;
Passion in retail or commercial field;
Excellent speaking and writing English;
Very organized with good communication and interpersonal skills;
Open minded, hard working and willing to learn;
Self discipline and self-motivated
