I． 主要职责与任务

1) 协助GM及时处理各类日常事务，如电话、电子邮件，书面信件起草等。
2) 安排公司员工日常旅行，公司总部和其他分公司及关联公司人员来访接待事宜。
3) 管理文件和档案。
4) 安排组织管理层的定期会议。
5) 其他日常工作事项。

II． 任职条件
1) 公关、行政管理、德语或英语等相关专业本科以上学历，海外学习者优先。
2) 工作经验：2年以上跨国公司相关工作经验。
3) 良好的中英文口语、阅读和写作能力，懂德语者优先
4) 优秀的交际沟通及公关能力
5) 熟练使用办公软件，具有出色的行政和档案管理能力


We are looking for an Assistant to General Manager

III． Key Responsibilities/Duties：
1) To build and maintain effective working relationships with management‘s colleagues， customers and the public.
2) To Assist the GM in the timely response of all communication, including telephone, e-mail; creating and editing from rough draft verbal instruction and translation of company policies and regulations. To timely response to all distributions that require answers and replies.
3) To coordinate travel arrangement for GM and executive company visitors, including the preparation of such event.
4) To handling confidential information or documents of the company operations, sales and management.
5) To setup, coordinate and schedule meetings and conferences.
6) Any other ad-hoc duties assigned from GM.

IV． Qualification
1) Preferably bachelor in Public Relation, Administrative Management, English/German or equivalent level， Oversea background will be plus.
2) Working Experience: Minimum 2 years related experience in MNC
3) English and Chinese： Proficient in written, read & oral. German will be plus.
4) Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
5) Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point.
6) To be honest and reliable, proactive, and with great personal charm. To be able to work independently.
